Thank you for supporting my art practice. Every artwork is created with great care, and I hope it brings joy to your space for years to come.
Original Artworks
All original artworks are carefully inspected before being shipped. Due to the unique nature of original art, all sales are final, and I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at amykim@byamykim.com (or your preferred contact email).
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging and the damaged artwork
A brief description of the issue
I will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement (where possible), repair, or refund.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch. I will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.
Colour & Appearance
Please note that colours may vary slightly between your screen and the actual artwork due to differences in monitor settings. Every effort is made to photograph artworks as accurately as possible.
If you have any questions before purchasing, I'm always happy to provide additional photos or information to help you make a confident decision.

Welcome to byamykim.com. By accessing this website or purchasing artwork from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About
This website is owned and operated by Amy Kim. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.
2. Products
Original artworks, limited editions, prints, and other products are subject to availability. Every effort is made to display colours and details as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
As each original artwork is unique, minor variations, textures, and natural characteristics are considered part of the artwork and are not defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the purchase price will not change.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond my control are not the responsibility of the artist.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Original artworks are generally sold as final sale unless they arrive damaged or an incorrect item has been received.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, photographs, designs, text, logos, and website content remain the intellectual property of Amy Kim unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, scanned, used commercially, or altered without prior written permission.
8. Limited Editions
Where applicable, limited edition artworks are sold in the edition size stated at the time of purchase. Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints from that edition will be produced.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Amy Kim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Information provided during checkout is used only to process your order, communicate with you, and improve customer service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
